Expo/Vendor Info  Options:

1. 8 foot table  $50 (n/c  for charity rides/groups)

6. Setup is at 7am
7. Doors open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
8. Attendance is expected to be around 3000 participants
9. Each vendor should donate a basket or merchandise for fund raiser
10. Vendors should plan to sell merchandise including bikes, clothes ... anything for cyclists.

Dear Potential Cycling Event Vendor:

You can promote your business while supporting a worthwhile organization.  Plans are under way for the first annual Pittsburgh Cycling Expo, which will be held on Sunday April 7, 2013 at the IBEW Circuit Center. We are asking for your assistance with this fund raising event in support of the Montour Trail in the two ways noted below.

Promotional Materials - We have enclosed promotional materials for the event, which we would appreciate your displaying to your customers.

Vendor Opportunity – We are looking for vendors to promote their business at this event and our offering table space on a first come first serve basis.  An 8’ table for displaying your products is available for $50.  The fee is waived for non-profit organizations.  Additionally, we are requiring each vendor to provide an item for the raffle.

In addition to selling your merchandise the day of the event, your business will gain exposure to the cycling community with a link in our website and a listing in the Event Program.

The Pittsburgh Cycling Expo is being sponsored by Aero Tech Designs of Coraopolis.  There will be auctions, raffles, vendor booths and a cycling wear fashion show luncheon held during this event.   The Montour Trail is an all volunteer organization founded in 1989 and is a registered 501(c) (3) non-profit corporation that builds, operates and maintains the trail and its facilities.  For more information about the trail, refer to www.montourtrail.org.
